Terms of service
Terms of Service
Effective 25 October 2026 — new orders. These terms do not retrospectively reduce rights under earlier orders. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.
Atlantic Shopping Mall is operated by Renofast Ltd, Cyprus. Contact: atlantic.cy@gmail.com. Correspondence: 17 Robert Kennedy St., 3076 Limassol, Cyprus. This correspondence address is not automatically the return destination.
1. Scope, orders and accurate information
These terms govern purchases from Atlantic Shopping Mall. Product-specific information and promises displayed before purchase form part of your contract. Our Returns and Shipping Policies explain the relevant procedures; mandatory law and an expressly agreed order-specific promise prevail over inconsistent general wording. Save your order confirmation and the policies applicable when ordering.
You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, use a payment method you are authorised to use and have legal capacity to purchase. An order acknowledgement records receipt of your request; acceptance is confirmed when we expressly accept or dispatch the goods, unless applicable law establishes a contract earlier. A payment authorisation is not, by itself, acceptance. If we cannot supply an order, we notify you and release or refund any payment due promptly, within applicable legal deadlines.
We may decline an order before acceptance on objectively reasonable grounds, including failed payment authorisation, credible fraud indicators, genuine stock unavailability, legal restrictions or a material listing error. A corrected price requires your agreement; otherwise the affected order is cancelled and money due is refunded. We do not increase the price of an accepted contract unilaterally or cancel it merely because a better price becomes available.
2. Prices, delivery and customs
The product price, available shipping options and charges shown before order submission apply. Goods may be dispatched from different locations or in separate parcels. Destination-specific import charges are addressed below and in the Shipping Policy. Any delivery estimate, restrictions and important product conditions disclosed for your order must be read before purchasing.
CUSTOMS NOTICE: additional charges payable by the buyer
Import duties, import VAT, other destination-country import taxes, and customs-clearance, brokerage or carrier handling fees are additional charges payable by the buyer, unless expressly included or collected at checkout. These charges are imposed or assessed by destination authorities and clearance providers, are separate from our product and shipping prices, and are not paid or reimbursed by Atlantic Shopping Mall. We are not responsible for their amount or imposition, except where applicable law requires us to collect or bear them. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A “tax included” price does not by itself mean destination import charges are prepaid. Only amounts expressly included or collected at checkout are prepaid. Check destination import rules with the relevant authority before ordering. Amounts that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance may become payable on importation. Payments made directly to customs or a carrier are reclaimed from that recipient under its rules, without limiting mandatory rights against us.
3. Payment and reasonable verification
Payments must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may request proportionate clarification of inconsistent order or delivery information, or use information available from our payment and fulfilment providers to investigate a credible fraud concern before dispatch. A review must not be used to retain money indefinitely or defeat an agreed delivery deadline or statutory remedy. We will notify you if an issue prevents fulfilment and refund or release funds where required.
Never send us your full card number, card security code, online-banking password or one-time authentication code. If additional verification is necessary, it must use an appropriate secure method with only the minimum necessary information. You may request a human review of an order restriction at atlantic.cy@gmail.com.
4. Prohibited fraud and abuse
The following are prohibited: using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials; impersonation; knowingly giving a false delivery address or non-receipt statement; colluding to misrepresent a delivery; returning substituted, counterfeit, empty or deliberately damaged goods; fabricating receipts or other evidence; deliberate temporary use followed by a false unused-return claim; exploiting technical errors; and attempting to obtain more than one reimbursement for the same loss.
Promotional codes must be used within their published eligibility, duration and quantity limits. Creating accounts, using false identities or coordinating transactions to circumvent an expressly stated per-person limit is prohibited. Codes have no cash value unless their terms state otherwise. We may remove an ineligible promotional benefit before acceptance or seek recovery of an objectively established unlawful gain through lawful means. We do not impose an automatic penalty or revoke an earned benefit merely because a legitimate return is made; any recalculation must follow the promotion terms disclosed before purchase.
5. Returns, delivery claims and investigations
The Returns and Refunds Policy provides a 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal period for new orders, subject to any longer mandatory period, and preserves faulty-goods remedies. If you received the correct, conforming product and return it because you changed your mind, the direct cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is not reimbursed by Atlantic Shopping Mall. You must arrange and pay for a suitable return service to the return address we provide. This does not apply to necessary return costs for a defective, misdescribed or incorrect product, or where mandatory law requires us to pay. Any free-return promise made for an earlier order remains honoured. Exact product identity, condition, contents and evidence may be checked. For a missing parcel or disputed delivery, tracking is one item of evidence rather than automatic proof that you physically received the goods. We may reasonably investigate with the carrier and request relevant information, without reversing a statutory burden of proof or delaying a remedy beyond the law.
False claims do not create a right to a refund. Equally, an honest complaint, statutory withdrawal, negative review or payment dispute is not itself abuse. We will explain a rejected claim or deduction and the material reason for it, subject to lawful security and third-party confidentiality restrictions. You may provide further evidence and request a human review.
6. Chargebacks, duplicate recovery and remedies
Nothing requires you to waive your rights through a bank, payment provider, regulator or court, or to contact us before using a legal remedy. We may contest an inaccurate dispute with accurate transaction, delivery, return and communication records. Where a refund, chargeback, replacement or compensation overlaps, you may not retain duplicate recovery for the same loss. Any reconciliation will follow the payment provider process and applicable law.
Where credible evidence establishes fraud or a material breach, we may reject a non-entitled claim, restrict future orders or account access proportionately, and pursue demonstrable recoverable losses or report suspected offences through lawful channels. No automatic confiscation of all payments, public naming, fixed punitive fee or restriction of an existing valid claim applies. Repeated legitimate returns alone are not grounds to deny legal rights. Any future-order restriction remains subject to anti-discrimination and other mandatory law.
7. Delivery responsibilities and risk
Provide an accurate, accessible delivery address and comply with reasonable collection and import requirements. Delivery instructions or address changes must be accepted by us or the carrier through the authorised process; an informal request alone does not confirm a change. Refused, unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels are assessed individually under the Shipping Policy. Only legally recoverable, proportionate and evidenced costs may be claimed; there is no automatic forfeiture.
Where mandatory consumer law applies, risk normally remains with us until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods. Choosing a carrier independently that we did not offer may have different legal consequences. A carrier scan or a signature-release instruction does not by itself remove a mandatory right against us.
8. Lawful use, website content and availability
Do not compromise the website, bypass access controls, interfere with payments or use the service unlawfully. Our text, branding and other protected content may not be commercially reproduced without permission or a legal entitlement. Product images may vary with screen settings, but this does not excuse goods that materially differ from their description. We take reasonable care with listings and do not exclude liability for inaccurate essential product information through a general disclaimer.
9. Privacy and records
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Where necessary and lawful, relevant order, payment, delivery, return and correspondence records may be used to fulfil orders, investigate claims, prevent fraud, respond to a payment dispute, comply with law or establish and defend legal claims. Disclosure is limited to relevant service providers, professional advisers, competent authorities or other lawful recipients. This is not permission for unlimited collection or public blacklisting.
10. Liability and events beyond reasonable control
We are responsible for breaches and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee that every abuse can be prevented. A disruption outside our reasonable control may affect performance, but does not automatically remove a right to cancellation, refund or another remedy required by law. You must take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss where the law requires it.
11. Complaints, governing law and policy changes
For a complaint or review request, email atlantic.cy@gmail.com with your order reference and supporting information. Cyprus law governs these terms, subject to the mandatory protections of the consumer’s country of habitual residence where applicable. This does not deprive you of access to a competent court, your local consumer authority or other mandatory dispute rights. No compulsory arbitration or blanket class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.
Changes apply to orders placed after publication, unless a legally permitted change is expressly agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, it is not replaced by a harsher provision and the remaining terms apply only insofar as the contract can lawfully continue. A failure to enforce a right on one occasion does not waive it for the future. Business purchases do not receive consumer-only rights unless expressly offered, but remain subject to applicable law.
