Legal notice and policy framework
Effective 25 October 2026 — new orders. These terms do not retrospectively reduce rights under earlier orders. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.

Order and customer protections
Our Terms of Service prohibit unauthorised payments, false non-receipt claims, substituted or empty returns, fabricated evidence, deliberate misuse of goods and duplicate reimbursement for one loss. We may conduct proportionate checks, contest unsupported claims and pursue legally recoverable losses on the basis of evidence. A lawful return, complaint or bank dispute is not itself fraud.
For new orders, our change-of-mind withdrawal period is 14 days, subject to any longer mandatory period. If you received the correct, conforming product and return it because you changed your mind, the direct cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is not reimbursed by Atlantic Shopping Mall. You must arrange and pay for a suitable return service to the return address we provide. This does not apply to necessary return costs for a defective, misdescribed or incorrect product, or where mandatory law requires us to pay. Any free-return promise made for an earlier order remains honoured. Statutory withdrawal, conformity guarantees and other mandatory rights remain protected. No general “final sale”, packaging condition, delivery scan, complaint deadline or fraud suspicion overrides those rights. Restrictions on future orders do not remove a valid existing claim.
CUSTOMS NOTICE: additional charges payable by the buyer
Import duties, import VAT, other destination-country import taxes, and customs-clearance, brokerage or carrier handling fees are additional charges payable by the buyer, unless expressly included or collected at checkout. These charges are imposed or assessed by destination authorities and clearance providers, are separate from our product and shipping prices, and are not paid or reimbursed by Atlantic Shopping Mall. We are not responsible for their amount or imposition, except where applicable law requires us to collect or bear them. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A “tax included” price does not by itself mean destination import charges are prepaid. Only amounts expressly included or collected at checkout are prepaid. Check destination import rules with the relevant authority before ordering. Amounts that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance may become payable on importation. Payments made directly to customs or a carrier are reclaimed from that recipient under its rules, without limiting mandatory rights against us.
Applicable law and contact
Cyprus law applies subject to mandatory protections and competent-court rights available to consumers in their country of habitual residence. Changes apply prospectively to new orders. No policy can exclude non-excludable liability or guarantee the prevention of every fraudulent act.
