- The Anycubic Kobra 3 Series / Kobra 3 Max Printhead Connection Line (Extruder Signal Harness): is the main umbilical wiring harness that carries power, sensor data, stepper motor control signals, and hotend telemetry between the printer's mainboard and the moving printhead toolhead assembly.This high-flex cable is wrapped in a durable, protective silicone sheath designed to handle millions of dynamic motion cycles without copper wire fatigue during high-acceleration 3D printing (20,000 mm/s).
- High-Flex Industrial Wiring: Multi-strand copper core bundle designed specifically for continuous motion along the X and Z axes without developing internal wire fractures.
- Integrated Right-Angle Connector: Features a heavy-duty, keyed right-angle interface plug that locks securely into the top of the printhead board to prevent loose pin contact under rapid directional shifts.
- Unified Power & Data Transport: Houses high-gauge power lines for the 300°C heating element alongside shielded signal wires for printhead thermistors, auto-leveling sensors, and cooling fans.
- Abrasion-Resistant Outer Sheath: Sheathed in high-visibility orange silicone/braided tubing that resists heat, snagging against the frame, and wear from friction against the PTFE guide tubes.

Maintenance & Care Tips
- Ensure Solid Latch Engagement: When plugging the connector into the toolhead breakout board, press firmly until the locking tab or side screws fully seat. A loose cable connection can trigger Thermal Runaway or Printhead Communication Error alerts.
- Bundle with PTFE Guide Tube: Use the factory cable clips to attach the connection line to the main PTFE filament tube. This keeps the cable from drooping onto the heatbed or snagging on printed parts.
- Check Strain Relief: Make sure the lower frame connection point retains its strain-relief bracket. Never allow the cable to pull taut at the extreme far corners of the print volume.
