- ANYCUBIC TPU 95A is a soft, elastic functional filament with an average hardness of 95A. It offers excellent elasticity and durability, bends freely without breaking, and provides wear, oil and aging resistance with long-lasting vivid color. Perfect for drone protection, electronic cases, tool grips, RC tires, vibration dampers, wearable accessories and durable flexible mechanical parts.
- Improve the efficiency of your TPU 95A printing: Anycubic TPU 95A is an optimized TPU filament designed for high speed 3D printing. Print speeds of up to 150 mm/s are up to 3 times faster than conventional TPU filaments. Anycubic TPU 95A is easy to print, has exceptional interlayer adhesion and offers you an excellent printing result.
- Soft, Highly Elastic and Comfortable: Its rubber-like texture feels comfortable and bends freely in any direction, making it suitable for insoles, phone cases, wristbands and other flexible models. Because TPU 95A is soft, drying before printing is recommended to improve print quality and final results.
- Tear Resistance & Weather Resistance: Anycubic TPU 95A offers unparalleled toughness and tear resistance, surpassing conventional materials. It also offers excellent wear and oil resistance, bright colours, lump-free performance and long durability.
- Anycubic Slicer Pre-set Printing Parameters: Pre-configured TPU 95A settings in the Anycubic Slicer Next minimize stringing and ensure excellent print results. We recommend printing at a nozzle temperature of 195–230 °C, a bed temperature of 50–60 °C, and a print speed of 50–150 mm/s.

- Melting Point Temperature: 145 ℃ While the crystalline regions inside the polymer chain melt at roughly 145°C, you will need to set your extruder much higher (recommended 195°C – 230°C) to decrease the viscosity enough for smooth, continuous 3D printing.
- Vicat Softening Temperature: Not Applicable. Because TPU 95A is already soft and elastomeric at room temperature, standard needle penetration tests (like ISO 306) fail to yield a meaningful metric. The material yields to the needle naturally due to its elasticity rather than purely thermal softening.
- Heat Deflection Temperature (0.45MPa): 52 ℃. Note: Under even a mild physical load, a printed TPU part will begin to lose its elastic structural rebound and warp if it surpasses 52°C.
