A 19“ rack wall mount is an open, fold-out frame mounted directly to the wall, which allows you to install 19” standard devices without using a full-size RACK cabinet. The mount is also lighter and smaller than a classic enclosure, taking up less space. With this wall mount, you can install patch panels, switches, routers, CCTV recorders, or PDU strips exactly where you need them—e.g., above the administrator's desk, in a small technical room, at an access point, or in a cable shaft.
Compared to a standard standing or hanging cabinet, the 19" wall-mounted rack bracket takes up significantly less space, does not take up floor space, and its open design ensures natural cooling of the equipment. It is a good solution where:
- the number of devices to be mounted is small (a few 1U/2U units),
- simple and quick installation directly on the wall is important,
- access to the devices does not need to be secured with a full server enclosure,
- the budget is limited, and a full RACK cabinet would simply be overkill.
As a result, the wall mount for 19" rack devices is ideal for small server rooms, SOHO offices, service points, telecommunications cabinets, IP monitoring installations, VoIP, and access control systems.
- Standard: RACK 19“ (wall mount for 19” rack-compatible devices)
- IT height: 4U
- Mounting/working depth: adjustable from 240 to 400 mm, allowing the bracket to be adapted to different device models (from shallow patch panels to deeper switches).
- Width: 497 mm
- Depth: 400 mm
- Maximum load: up to 12 kg, which in practice is sufficient for several 19" devices with cabling.
- Material: steel hanging frame, designed to work with 19" standard devices (high rigidity and resistance to deformation).
- Bracket weight: approx. 3 kg – facilitates wall mounting by one person.
- Assembly: self-assembly, delivered in flat pack form (bracket for self-assembly, takes up little space in transport and storage).
