Designed to support fast printing speeds (up to 600 mm/s) and multi-color tool changes with the ACE Pro system, this unit combines an all-metal thermal break, ceramic heating core, and a quick-release locking mechanism into a lightweight assembly.
  • Lever-Lock Quick-Release System: Utilizes a dual-spring lever locking mechanism that allows users to swap hotends or nozzle sizes in seconds without tools, heat-tightening, or disassembling the toolhead.
  • 300°C High-Temperature Rating: Equipped with an aerospace-grade ceramic composite throat tube and all-metal hotend block rated up to 300°C, accommodating PLA, PETG, TPU, and engineering-grade filaments like ABS and ASA.
  • High-Flow Thermal Response: Incorporates a high-power wrap-around ceramic heating block for rapid thermal recovery during high-speed printing (up to 600 mm/s) and fast preheating routines.
  • Standard 0.4 mm Brass Nozzle: Integrated factory 0.4 mm nozzle size optimized for standard layer heights (0.12mm - 0.28 mm) and default Anycubic Slicer profiles.
  • Pre-Assembled Assembly: Comes complete with pre-installed thermistor, heater wiring harness, quick-connect terminal plug, and a silicone insulating boot.

Maintenance & Care Tips

  • Wait for Cool-Down: Always allow the nozzle temperature to drop below 40°C before engaging the lever lock to replace the unit to avoid burns.
  • Keep the Silicone Sock Attached: Always keep the custom black silicone insulator installed over the heating block. Operating without the boot lets cooling airflow from the part fans destabilize temperature readings, causing thermal runaway errors.
  • Run PID Auto-Tuning: After swapping to a new module, perform an Auto PID Calibration from the touchscreen menu to calibrate temperature response for tight temperature control.
