- The Anycubic SP Kobra S1 / S1 Combo Material Break Detection PCBA: is the dedicated optical runout and filament detection sensor module designed for the enclosed Kobra S1 series.Positioned along the main filament input path, this sensor board monitors real-time filament presence and movement. If a spool runs out or a break occurs mid-print, it immediately alerts the mainboard to pause the print job cleanly—preventing ghost printing and head damage.
- High-Sensitivity Photoelectric Sensing: Uses an infrared optical interrupter to detect filament presence without placing mechanical drag or resistance on the feeding filament.
- Auto-Pause & Resume Support: Instantly triggers an automatic firmware pause whenever filament is depleted or broken, saving the print state for seamless resuming after a spool reload.
- Compact Low-Profile Design: Engineered to mount flush inside the Kobra S1 entry housing without interfering with PTFE tube routing or internal chamber motion.
- Direct Plug-and-Play Assembly: Comes pre-soldered with a high-flex lead harness and micro JST header for quick connection to the main motherboard or distribution PCB.
