  • The Anycubic Kobra 3 Max / Combo PEI Spring Steel Build Plate: is the large-format magnetic print surface designed specifically for the Anycubic Kobra 3 Max 3D printer. Featuring a flexible spring steel core with a textured Polyetherimide (PEI) coating, this sheet provides uniform adhesion across its expansive surface area and allows effortless removal of massive 3D prints once cooled down.
  • Large-Format Flex Surface: Custom-sized for the Kobra 3 Max’s 420 x 420 x 500 mm, build volume, allowing large prints to pop off easily with a simple flex of the plate.
  • Double-Sided Textured PEI Coating: Both sides feature a durable powder-coated PEI finish that grips hot filaments tightly during printing and releases them naturally when the bed cools down below 40°C.
  • High-Temperature Resistance: Engineered to handle bed temperatures up to 90°C, without de-bonding, warping, or losing magnetic hold.
  • Rear Alignment Notches: Includes precise cutouts along the rear edge that align with locating pins on the heated bed frame, ensuring accurate positioning every time.

Maintenance & Care Tips

  • Clean with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA): Wipe the PEI surface down with 99% IPA before major prints to remove oils from fingertips, which are the leading cause of first-layer lifting.
  • Avoid Metal Tools: Do not use sharp metal scrapers or razor blades to pry models off; always let the bed cool down, then flex the steel plate slightly.
  • No Acetone: Never use acetone or aggressive solvents on the PEI coating, as it degrades the polymer layer over time.
